Unsubscription info and unticking track replies

I have a couple of non-related queries:

1. How can I set my default to have ‘track replies’ unticked/blank in the Track & Respond section?  The documentations seems to imply it will be unticked as default but mine is ticked as default.  We never want to use it so currently untick it each time but a blank default would be better.

2. Is there a place/report where I can see unsubscriptions from all mailings rather than looking at individual mailing reports?  And is it possible to see what someone has unsubscribed from in their individual contact record?

1. the demo shows it unticked by default. Might want to clear your browser cache, logout etc, sometimes browsers remember checkbox/radio/select values a bit more than we'd like

2. The groups tab shows what groups someone has unsubscribed from. There are mailing reports (under the reports menu bar) that you can potentially use to see data from multiple mailings (i've not used it, so not sure how of its feature set)

Thanks lobo - I've sussed out the report now and that's helpful.  In terms of unsubscriptions removing people from groups - that shows on our groups tab from mid-Oct 2011 onwards but not before.  Is that because it's a new feature... just want to check our system is not being sporadic on that one.

Also, the number on the groups tab shows the number of current groups someone is in PLUS the number of groups they have previously been deleted from.  Is that the intention or should it just show the number of groups they're currently in?  Apologies from hogging the forum - I've been saving up forum issues for a few weeks!

I dont know the specifics for question 1. u'll need to ask your developer or integrator to take a closer look and investigate

For the second question, i believe that we only show the count of the groups that they are currently in. You might want to try and reproduce this bug on our demo servers

Just checked on the demo and the count of groups definitely includes groups people have been removed from - so Mrs Henry U Jones Sr is showing as in 3 groups but only 2 are ones she's currently in.  Is that a bug I should report?

oops, sorry. i checked the 4.1 code base to give u an answer. This has been fixed in 4.1 which gives the "Added" count
