Problem with cron

Hello,  I am trying to test the emailprocessor cron job i have set up, but it is not working.

This is the report I get, but no parsing is taking place, nor is it putting the bad accounts on hold.

When I run on the browser I get the following error

Fatal error: Class 'JError' not found in /webroot/j/a/jabte001/cappaecuador/www/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Core/Error.php on line 306



Can anyone give me anysuggestions of what I am doing wrong.    Any leads will be greatly appreciated.
