How to set up a Survey --i cant find it!!!``

Hi All, I'm just starting to use civiCRM and want to set up a survey to gather information and thoughts from users of the site.

My problem is that I can't find anything to do with Survey in my install.

I can also find no reference to civicampaign in my modules section in Drupal

using Drupal 7.9 and Civicrm 4.0.3

can anyone offer help? I do realise that this is probably a very simple thing to solve, but I'm not able to find a way 'round.

Hi

You need to enable the campaign component.

This being said, surveys are more for "backoffice you got your team calling and canevassing". If you want to use civi directly to ask your visitors, that's more a "petition"

Or you should try the wonderful module webform from the wonderful Colemans (apparently, you get a kickback that is convertible in karma points or beers by praising his name, or something)
