Can we add an "access CiviCampaign" permission? [http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,20620.0.html]

Then we could allow people to see Campaign activities without having to give them "Administer CiviCampaign" permission. If you show me how, I could try adding a permission myself.

Can you ping alice (from PTP) and xavier on IRC and discuss this with them. Might be a good idea at that time to get more finer grained permissions for campaign / surveys / petitions. Will be a good add for 4.2
