Warning message on upgrade

When runnign the database upgrade to version 4.0.7 I gett he following warning message twice


Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in C:\websites\joomla\administrator\components\com_civicrm\civicrm\CRM\Upgrade\Page\Upgrade.php on line 180

Any chance of posting the fix? We're trialing Aegir and our migration / upgrades to 4.0.8 are choking on this currently.

i just removed the & from that line. its just a notice, why should aegir choke on it?
