I want to put  a link beside civicrm custom field , any ideas?
My custom field shows on drupal account registration like this
Job Code [  input box ]
I want it to be like this
Job Code [  input box ] (list of job codes link)

Why don't you use a select field directly?

Otherwise, might be easier that you modify the tpl directly (or add a bit of code in the .extra.tpl to add an autocomplete feature)
