How do I add a 2nd "Current Employer" to an Individual - I have someone who is employer by 2 organisations

You would have to use a Relationship or a custom field I think.

Bother - was hoping not to have to do somethign that complicated. Perhaps I'll justc reate a new record for them. That might be easier because they can then put in different information for each employer

An additional relationship would not be that difficult in my opinion?

It's not that - it's that the person would need to be able to edit either organization based on different email addresses

Never mind - I'm sure I can sort something

the suggestions above didn't mean creating a second record for the contact which is what your reply sounds like.
You can use Relationships to make X an employee of both Y and Z
Only one of above can be current I think without customisation
But both can be Permissioned Relationships meaning both Employers will show on the Contacts Dashboard and both will be editable by them.
