logging on error option

It occurred to me today that I often write code to log api error messages to the watchdog / log table. I think it would be handy to have a debug option that says 'if it's an error then CRM_Core_Debug::log($result['error_message']); (guessing at the command)

Thoughts?

note that for all fatal errors in CiviCRM, the message along with the backtrace is automatically logged to the log file
