Default Currency is set to CAD but Paypal Runs it in USD

I just upgraded to 3.4.7 and discovered that my default currency is set appropriately in localization setting but when I test the Transactions it automatically does the Transaction in USD in PAYPAL.  Not sure how to fix this.  I read around a bit on the forum but no has posted any solutions to this problem. 

Any ideas. 
Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

In your previous version, PayPal did the transaction in CAD? What was your previous version?

previous version was 3.4.5  and I am pretty sure it did.

Did you fix this?  I am having a similar problem
