Up until recently I have been able to get the admin menu with no problme at all having had our new website designed by a outside company who had never dealt with CiviCRM before. When we opened the site this week to start working on our CRM component in Joomla the menu does not appear. Our JavaScript is all up to date but both the design firm and myself are stumped as to why the menu is no lobnger appearing when it was before.

I have attached a shot of the screen reached after selecting CiviCRM in the components menu of Joomla which looks different to JamesUK which makes me wonder if it is a different problem to his.

Any ideas. Most appreciated as always.

Tim.

Hi. Can you examine your site in the Net tab of Firebug for Firefox and see if any files are missing or if any errors show in the Console tab? And please post those as a new thread, as this one is old and your post is essentially unrelated.

Thank you.
