Admin menu not updated

Hi,

started with an older version, the admin menu hasn't been updated, is this normal? Something to run?

(bit blocked on my issues, might start from scratch, wondering if my db isn't quite too broken]]

I tried 3.4 to 4.1.alpha1 upgrade and it worked as expected. Menu's were set correctly according to new structure.
