Profile data is not availabe at Edit Profile Page - D7 C4

Hello,

We have recently migrated to d5/C1.9 to D7/C4.0 everything seems working fine except Edit profile page. All the fields are displaying at View Profile but when trying to Edit the details only Name and Last name is displaying.

Please help me out of this.
