Civicrm Customization Request for an Estimate for Services

Hello!

 I need an estimate with time(how long will each modification take) and costs(for each item) for the following modifications/standard issues working on an installation civicrm

1.   Standard peer-to-peer (allows an individual—a “team leader”—to easily fundraise from their friends)
2.   Multiple projects with distinct fundraising goals
3.   Support a user flow that allows potential project leaders to:
- First select the amount that they can raise (with a couple of options that are predefined by organization…so, say $2k or $8k)
- Be offered a project based on the amount they’ve selected
- Verify that they want to be team leader for this project; begin fundraising for it
4.   Way to associate specific content with each project displayed on site—e.g. a photo of the people who will actually be helped—both before a project is selected, and then (once a team leader selects a project) displayed on the team fundraising page
5.   A way to ensure only one team is fundraising for each project (i.e. two teams would not—at this juncture—be raising money for the same project)
6.   Ability to make groups public or private, but with default set to public
7.   Donation forms that can accommodate gift strings (e.g. $25, $50, $100, Other) and customizable giving levels (so, next to $25 will be “Supply pencils for one week”; next to $50 would appear “Supply pencils for two weeks”, etc.); this functionality needs to exist on both general donation form and those that are tied to specific projects/teams
8.   Ability for end users/donors round up gift from predefined amounts in gift strings
9.   Ability for organization to distinguish between amounts donated to specific project vs. amount donated to general fund as part of “rounding up”
10.   Real time counter that displays: 1) Total number of donations made; 2) Total dollars raised; 3) Total number of projects that have been funded, and; 4) Total number of people benefitting as a result
11.   Thermometer displaying progress toward goal for each project; displayed on project/team detail pages, and can also be pulled into a listing of projects (see wireframe at end of this doc). This listing would appear as a list of projects by name, with corresponding thermometer image displaying progress towards goal next to each project name.
12.   A way to for all public groups to appear on a page listing active groups/projects. (Perhaps with the possibility of making them searchable if the volume warrants it.)
13.   Manual entry of offline donors to be reflected in thermometer & counters
