I am trying to pull and export a list of contributions that have not been receipted yet. I can do the search and pull the records somewhat easily, but when I go to export them, all of the people who have made multiple donations only have one of their records show up. For example, we have someone who pledged to give $100 each month for 12 months. This data does pull when I do the search in CRM, but when I export the data only one of his contribution records shows up.

This seems like an easy fix and I would appreciate help quickly if possible!

I'm having the same problem and am feeling a sense of year-end urgency about coming up with a solution, because my nonprofit has a lot of tax reporting to do.

And while I'm wishing for things I apparently can't have, I'd love for the exported file to include addresses. The report criteria I can specify (Street Address, Street Number, Street Name, and Street Unit) do not map to the fields in my Contacts (Street Address, Addt'l Address 1, and Addt'l Address 2). I need the Addt'l Address 1 & 2 to be selectable in the Report Criteria area, so I can output that data along with the contributions.

Anybody?
