We've been seeing some duplicate contributions.   When I query them up in sql, they are identical except for the id's which are one apart.  The date stamp is the same to the sec.  These were all manually entered.  I don't see how this should be possible.

Granted over the last year there are only three; though, I'm guessing there are probably more that are within a sec of each other.

I've got to guess this has to be something to do with the browser and the packets to and from the website.  Anyone seen this sort of thing before?  Any thoughts as to why?  Better yet, any thoughts how to prevent this?

I wonder if it's a caching issue of some sort.

We are running with aggressive caching and block cache enabled.
