API Explorer Broken/GetFields Behavior Changed?

In addition to the already documented "missing pseudoconstant.php" I just noticed that it seems the API explorer isn't acting the way it used to.

No more getfields?  Same issue on 3 distinct 4.1 installs, plus sandbox:

Hi,

That was a bug introduced by the filter by action on getfields (so you get a different list of mandatory if you create or delete an entity)

If you are using svn, can you confirm an svn update fixes it?
