This is confirmed on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/ with revision "CiviCRM 36849"

It only happens currently when you do a search builder, input the criteria:

Individiual: Phone: Primary : IS_NOT_NULL,

When you proceed to export and select all the phone fields (Phone:Home:Phone, Phone:Home:Mobile), it only returns the home phone (primary) regardless of what phone fields you decide to export.


Interestingly this only happens when using the search builder and specifying IS_NOT_NULL on any of the phone fields, normal search -> export workflow and other search builder criteria search seems to be working fine.
