Allowing user to modify registration details
December 09, 2011, 09:17:27 am
I have an event registration which includes many options, such as meals, arrival times, and the like. Some of these options affect the price and some do not. Is there a way for a user to come in at a later time and modify their event details? If so, can they modify details that both affect and do not affect the cost charged to the credit card? I assume that if the option changes the cost charged then that may be a bit more difficult.

This functionality has come up pretty often, but hasn't been implemented yet. If your organization is interested in providing seed funding for a Make it Happen Campaign, I think there's a decent chance we can get others to jump in. We think this is approximately a 40-50 hour project - so would need ~$1,000 seed funding commitment to start an MIH campaign.

I will take this up with the 'powers that be' in our organization. We are also a nonprofit and as such money is tight but this is functionality that would be useful to us (and others) so I will see what we can do.
