I'm trying to add another line on the membership signup page to allow members to add an additional item.  They choose the membership level and then optionally choose if they want their website info to be in the membership directory for an additional fee.  It looks like the docs say to use a price set, but no price sets are listed on the contribute/amount page (says "No Contribution Price Sets have been configured / enabled for your site"). 

Is there some way that the price set needs to be set up to show there?  Or is there a different way to do this?
