Your changes have been saved. Database check failed - the database looks to have
December 13, 2011, 12:10:30 pm
I had upgraded CiviCRM version 3.4.5  to 3.4.7 about a month ago. Everything look fine except the batch mail were taking too long and the site was considerably slow. I tried changing the mailer setting and got message

"Your changes have been saved. Database check failed - the database looks to have been partially upgraded. You may want to reload the database with the backup and try the upgrade process again."

Checked into the forum and seems like the civicrim_domain has a version 3.4.7 upgrade so guess it was partially upgraded. My problem is I won't be able to revert back to the backup since its been a month and a lot of data will be lost. Is there any other way i will be able to fix it other than reverting back to the previous version.

A little pointer will be really appreciated.

i think your best bet might be to go thru the code from 3.4.6 -> 3.4.7 and see the changes that were made in the 2 files:

CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/sql/3.4.7.mysql.tpl
CRM/Upgrade/Incremental/php/ThreeFour.php, function upgrade_3_4_7

and ensure your DB has all those changes.
