In the admin console, on the individual contact's page under the CONTRIBUTION tab I have a RECORD CONTRIBUTION tab but no SUBMIT CREDIT CARD tab.  I am familiar with the SUBMIT CREDIT CARD tab from using CiviCRM before with another organization.  Is it because I am using PayPal Standard now?  Before, I was using Authorize.net, but now starting up a new org, I can't afford monthly fees.  Now, to enter donations, I have to log out and go to the public contribution page to put in the donation as if I were the actual donor.
