Limiting or capping the number of premiums available?

Is there anyway to limit or cap the number of people offered a premium.  For example, if I have 20 shirts available, I want to hide the premium after 20 people choose it.

currently no.

You should be able to do this via the buildForm hook, check the number of premiums issues and then hide the premiums if needed
