Smart Group for Tracked Opens and Click-throughs

Using 3.4.7, I want to create a Smart Group for Tracked Opens and Click-throughs of Bulk Emails. I can't seem to find the query field. Where can I find it the query? Like how do the Reports get created or what script/file is called?

Upgraded to 3.4.7 (now 3.4.8 ) in different server instance.
