Unusually high bounce rates after domain name change
December 15, 2011, 05:12:32 pm
Yesterday, we sent out a batch of email that ended up with a 72.46% bounce rate out of a little less than a thousand addresses. The bounce reason given for all of them is the same: "Unknown bounce type: Could not parse bounce email." Normally we are in the less than 1% range. The only thing we have changed recently that we can think of would be the domain name and we're not sure if that would be causing these issues or not. The list is still mostly the same, plus or minus a couple of addresses.

We are using these versions:
CiviCRM version 3.0.3
CMS version Joomla v1.5.14
MySQL version 5.0.77
PHP version 5.2.13

I can provide more information if necessary.
