Extra year for new member from online contribution form

New member who signed up 12/17/31 using online contribution form now has end date of December 31, 2013 instead of December 31, 2012.  Membership is set up as fixed one year from Jan 1 to Dec 31 with rollover date of Nov 15.  My understanding is that anyone who joined after Nov 15 would be a member for all of 2012 (but definitely not for all of 2013)  I checked all of the membership settings and they seem to be correct so I can't figure out why this is happening.  Am using CiviCRM 4.0.7 with Joomla 1.7

Hi,

I was not able to replicate it on my local, can u please replicate it on the civicrm demo site.
