New membership blank page
December 19, 2011, 12:14:11 pm
I installed CiviCrm in subdomain. After that I changed domain name and the problems started. Almost all of them are solved (thanks for this forum). But two of them can't be solved by me. When I click on new membership the table is loading and seconds later I get the blank page. So I can not add new contact and new membership. The second problem is that my dashboard can not refresh.
Any ideas what should I do?

Hi papcio24,

You need to check few more things

1. Check civicrm.settings.php, make sure all data is correct.
2. Run <drupal root>/sites/all/modules/civicrm/bin/migrate/move.php  : to reset CiviCRM domain according to current setup.
3. Rebuild CiviCRM menu (civicrm/menu/rebuild?reset=1)

Hi Rajan,

I checked and changed the civicrm.settings.php and all data is correct.
I have Joomla 1.5 and I don't have such file.
I try to rebuild menu but nothing happen. Is it correct: administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/menu/rebuild&reset=1

How to check apache log?

You can check with your hosting provider regarding this, since log location can be different based on your server configuration.
