Hi,

I'm trying to get the "Address Name" field to display in the basic "Contact Details" of each contact in our database. In other words, when I look up an individual or enter a new contact, I'd like to see this field in addition to their name, email, address, etc. How do I turn this field "on"? I went into Admin > Customize > CiviProfile and added the field to each of our profiles, but it's still not there when I click "New Individual" for example, and want to add in their basic info.

Thanks for any help! I'm stumped after watching a video tutorial about tutorials, searching this forum, and reading the manual.

Go to CiviCRM > Administer > Localization > Address Settings. You'll see a checkbox in the Address Editing group for enabling "Address Name" field in various forms.
