Error when upgrading Alpha to Beta on Joomla 1.7

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...REMOVED/administrator/tmp/install_4ef408a87f7be/com_civicrm/script.civicrm.php on line 97

There is an error when attempting to upgrade from the alpha to the beta version on J1.7 Thoughts?

Hi,
I checked this by upgrading from civicrm 4.1.alpha2 to 4.1.beta1, it no warnings!
It is just a waring so you can ignore it for now.
