Hi,

I am struggling setting up our Free Membership form correctly.

We have several different member levels, organization, professional, student. They all have a fixed membership amount and don't allow for additional donations.

I am now trying to set up a Free Membership, which has the following requirements:

1) Membership is free
2) Allow for additional donations

IF no additional donation selected, credit card fields should not show up (authorize.net) since it is a Free Membership. If additional donation selected, credit card fields show in form.

I tried to set this up, but it seems to me that the credit card fields are always displayed. Would like to get this to work, since Free Membership is important to us to collect user data, but we don't want to scare away people by asking their credit card information for a Free Membership.

Am I missing anything or is it not possible?
