Mailing Label Spacing

We are useing 4.0.7 and D7 and we are trying to print mailing labels on aver 5160 labels.  The pdf is created and everything looks good but spacing is incorrect by a few points on each label cumulatively at the bottom of the page it starts cutting into the name at label breaks.  I looked but did not find a way to change the spacing.

Might want to tweak the values in a url similar to:

http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/labelFormats?reset=1

I want to thank you for your help we played with the settings but it turned out that the real issue was a printer setting.  Our labels are on envelopes and ready to go.
