Author Topic: CiviCRM Unrecoverable Errors When Editing Contribution Page Profile Settings (Read 1434 times)

We are using CiviCRM 3.4.8 on Joomla 1.5.25 and every time we edit the CiviCRM Profile settings of any Contribution Page we get a CiviCRM-001 non-recoverable error. I've enabled debugging and there is never any debugging information displayed in the error. I also deleted all contribution pages and all custom profiles and tried creating a new contribution page from scratch after that to no avail. Every time I access the Profile section of the contribution pages, I get the same error.

I need to be able to edit our contribution pages. And sooner than later. It's our end-of-year donation drive so we need to fix it ASAP. We're a bit desperate at this point.

Can anyone help?

Can you do View Source on an error page and post the full source?

I can... but I already checked that and it's not showing any more info about the error there either.

Civicrm is 3.4.8, Joomla is 1.5.25... just in case you're curious.

Check the CiviCRM.*.log file in the

media/civicrm/templates_c/en_US/ConfigAndLog/

(or something close to that location)

and see if that gives u any more info
