Auto show premiums in civicontribute page

Our site has multiple donation levels and a premium level to correspond to each one.  It would be nice to have only the corresponding premium level show up once the donation level radio box is selected.  Right now all premium levels are shown in a list and it looks confusing.

You may be able to do this by adding a jQuery snippet to the template. If the markup for each premium isn't distinct enough to make this easy - you could put together a patch to improve the markup.
