Importing contacts results in Internal Server Error - 4.1.alpha2 / Wordpress 3.3

I can upload the file just fine, but when it's executing the actual import after lining up the fields it fails..

PHP memory limit is set to 1024MB and the max script execution time is temporarily set to 1 hour.

What's up?

Can you try to replicate this with sample csv file on http://sandbox.wordpress.civicrm.org

Can you also look for an error in the error logs of your server?

Server log doesn't contain anything about PHP or timeouts..

What happens when you do it? What do you see?

Can you also try on the sandbox like Kurund suggested?

We've got a bunch of information in our csv that would have to be created as custom data sets, we're going to ween out some people we won't be needing this election first. I'll post and update once we try that.
