Clicking Configure > Include Profiles results in error - 4.1.alpha2 / Wordpress

Using CiviCRM 4.1.alpha2 / Wordpress 3.3.

We're trying to include a profile on our contribution page and it results in:

I tried to but it loaded fine on the sandbox...  Would you like to help us figure this out any further?  We moved from the old database, but the contribution page and custom data group / items are new.

Can you clarify this, Is this your fresh CiviCRM install and just imported data from old system ?

Hi Nextwave,

Did you manage to get this issue sorted?  I had a similar problem and was able to solve it by configuring the CMS persmissions properly through CiviCRM.  I've attached a screenshot that might help explain what I mean, although it's for Joomla, so it's obviously going to be different for Wordpress.
