We are using Civi Events for our event registration and it has been working well until now when a problem occurred with exporting the participants.

The event registration is attached with a profile that include four fields: last name, first name, department, and dietary information. When we export the participants, only last name and first name show on the spreadsheet. The rest two fields do not show. Instead, there are two blank columns with the header as "custom 5" and "custom 6".

Any suggestions on this issue?
