Missing A Report in Reports List and Navigation
January 03, 2012, 01:30:29 pm
I'm hoping someone can help me understand why I can no longer find "Donor Report (Detail)" listing in the navigation or reports list.  The last time I used the report I modified the "Report Settings", "Other Settings."  I believe that in addition to checking the "Available for Dashboard" setting, I may have unchecked the "Include Report In Navigation" setting.

Does anyone know how I may recover a report that no longer appears in navigation or reports list?

I would still expect the report to show up under Reports > Reports Listing. Not sure why it wouldn't be there.

However, try navigating to Reports > Create Reports from Templates

The report template for that report should be listed there in the Contribution Report Templates section. If you still have an existing instance of that report - you should see an "Existing Report(s)" link which will take you to a filtered report listing. If that link isn't there, you can create a new instance of the report from the report template.
