CiviCRM3/Drupal6 on MAMP
January 04, 2012, 10:09:17 pm
I have installed CiviCRM many times on Windows and Ubuntu but cannot seem to get it installed on MAC Book Pro. I am using:
  • Drupal 6
  • CiviCRM 3.2.2 (& 3.2.5)
  • MAMP with Php5.2
  • MAC OS 10.7
After a successful installation, I get a page that tells me to configure Civi. When I click on it, I get a Page Not Found from Drupal. Checking through the Permissions, there is no CiviCRM entry at all. But when I look at MySQL via PHPMyAdmin, the database is created and populated with tables.

Any ideas?

The same happens on Ubuntu running on Virtual Box in my Mac Book Pro too. Any advice is much appreciated.

Interestingly I get the same result when I install using XAMPP too. I am starting to think it may have something to do with my MAC Book instead.  :'(

If it made the tables, try just enabling CiviCRM from the Drupal modules page.
