When acces: "CiviCRM: view all contacts" is off, the link "View Contact Dashboard"is still present on the drupal user page /users/accountname. The link goes to a "Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred."

The link should not be viewable when there is no permission to view all contacts, I think.
