Chinese Characters search in Advance Search Custom Fields

i have a custom field called Chinese Organization Name. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be able to search Chinese characters in the custom field of Advance Search. The Basic Seach also doesnt seem capable of finding Chinese Characters in custom field but Full Text Search works.  ???

Sorry to ask but is this a limitation or perhaps bug?

We are using Drupal 7, CiviCRM 4.0.5 on WAMP (Windows Server). Anyone can help?
