When I list schedules & sent emails a couple of the previously sent emails are showing up as sent from the wrong person
It is saying it was sent by Meekins, Trevor whereas it was actually sent by Wood, Trevor

When I click on the Sent By person's name, it links to Trevor Wood, but it's picking up some bad info - i.e. email, phone number and main address. See attached images

If I try to re-use it, it's using the name Trevor Meekins

On my test server - which is a backup taken from end of last week, the details are correct
