Add remaining spaces on a front end view (Joomla)

Hi All

I wonder if there is anyone out there who may be willing and able to help us...

We are a sail training organisation (Morvargh Sailing Project - www.morvargh-sailing.co.uk) based in the UK and are using civi to contol bookings onboard etc.

We'd really like to be able to use the event info & event listing pages to display the remaining places in an event / voyage on the front end of our Joomla 1.7 site.

Unfortunately we do not have the funds availalbe to pay someone, however we can offer a day sailing experience onboard for 4 people (equates to £400) in return for satisfactory work carried out.

Please contact me for more info...
