I have a contribution page.  It's not tied to any membership.  It works.  However when I try to e-mail a receipt to a person who has contributed via this page (/civicrm/contribute/search) I get the following error when trying to e-mail the receipt.  Additionally these are completed transactions.  I check the box next to name and then select "Print or Email Contribution receipts".  I get this error:

Why is this expecting a membership record when I'm not using Membership with this contribution.

Just a quick update.  I've upgraded to 4.0.8 and the e-mail receipt is now being sent.  So this issue looks to be resolved.
