Issues with site visitors registering for an event

When testing registration to an event from the public link to the event, I get the following error message:


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class IDS_Filter_Storage in /home/content/92/4951392/html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/IDS/Filter/Storage.php on line 52

Your assistance in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience is highly appreciated.
