Running update_address.php gives' Sorry, could not able to locate bootstrap.inc.

Running update_address.php gives 'Sorry, could not able to locate bootstrap.inc.', this is despite having applied 4.1.beta2.  This topic http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,20220.msg87366.html#msg87366 refers to it, but it isn't solved.  Does anyone know where bootstrap.inc is called from?

I installed 4.1.beta2 in an attempt to solve the problem.  I'm running it under Windows 7.

The new documentation for running command line tasks ("Scheduled Jobs") is here:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC41/Managing+Scheduled+Jobs

... however, the cli.php method is currently broken in latest 4.1 beta code. The corresponding Jira issue has been reopened and fixes will be posted against that issue. You can track changes here:

http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-8358

We hope to have all issues resolved and things working "as documented" prior to release of 4.1 beta 3.

Many thanks for the update and pointing to how to run cli.php.  I tried running it, and got:

Failed to log on as <user>

despite providing the correct password.  Is this part of the brokenness of cli.php?
