There are two functions my client could do with and as far as I know, using profiles would be the best method, however it's not a function I'm familiar with and I could do with some pointers.

Would you be able to use a profile to allow the comparison of more than one contact at a time? If so, which profile type should I use?

Also, can I use a profile/web form to add contacts to the database from a public drupal page? Drupal user registration isn't required, just a CiviCRM contact.

1. You cannot use profiles to compare contacts.
