joomla 1.7 and civicrm 4.1 beta 2.
Events in Civicrm shows repetitive of events in a form that one event duplicate to 20 - 30 times.Here how it looks like on civievent.

most likely you have given the anonymous user too many permissions including the ability to copy and create events
