Accounting Codes in Bookkeeping Reports

Is there any code to add accounting codes to the bookeeping report?

Can this option be added in 4.1?

Would appear that no, there is not.

Note that 4.1 is in code/feature freeze. All new code/patches/mih are for 4.2, no exceptions :)
