Input file must be in CSV format [SOLVED]

Anyone else experienced this?

I have exported contacts from civicrm and then tried to re-import but I just get this error "Input file must be in CSV format".
Even the file without being modified fails, I have also tried edit and save with OpenOffice.

[SOLVED]

My server is running in CGI/FastCGI with SUEXEC and the import csv function was using /tmp as the temporary upload folder which is not permitted with SUEXEC setup. I thought the setting in Administer -> Configure -> Global Settings -> Directories, would have been enough to change this but it is being ignored for some reason? MAYBE A BUG

To get round it you have to set your php configuration (php.ini) to upload_tmp_dir = /var/www/mysitedir/mytmpdir

PM or post here if you need any help.
