No civiCRM sub menu options in components menu

Hi there,
I've just upgraded to 3.0.4 (as advised in another post on the forum as we're running joomla 1.5.6 - and I couldn't find 3.0.8).

Now after the install I've lost all of the civicrm menu options on the components menu (see attached). All civicrm modules are enabled.

(I've tried rebuilding menus as per the install instructions, and deleting the template_c folders but to no avail)
Help (please!!!).

Looks like your resource url is messed up.

Check http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/setting/url&reset=1 and fix it accordingly on your install.

Quite so.

It was set to .../components/...

rather than .../administrator/...
