Error when going from Beta 1 to Beta 2

Any idea why I am getting this error message?

Copy failed
JInstaller: :Install: Failed to copy file ./tmp/install_4f1f2544043bf/com_civicrm/admin/configure.php to /home/REMOVED/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/configure.php

It keeps saying the upgrade fails. I get this when I go to the Extension manage and upload the new J1.7 civicrm to it and click install.

Any thoughts to this?

This error is only related to this component for some reason. I can't install it with the error. Please help.
